How can I pay my Kleenheat account?

There’s a range of options available for paying your Kleenheat account:

Direct debit

It’s easy to set up a direct debit to automatically make payments from your nominated bank account or credit card.

All you’ll need to do is login or register for My Account, select “My Details” and enter your bank account or credit card details within the “Direct Debit” option.

Our Monthly Smart Saver and Monthly Energiser options for natural gas come with direct debit payments as standard.

Centrepay

Centrepay is a voluntary bill-paying service which is free for Centrelink customers. Use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment.

You can start or change a deduction at any time. The easiest way to do it is through your Centrelink account online in myGov.

You can arrange to have your Kleenheat bill paid directly from your Centrelink payments using the Centrepay bill payment service.

To set it up, contact Services Australia and provide them with Kleenheat’s Centrelink reference number: 555 055 454J.

BPAY

Use BPAY to pay from your cheque or savings account, either online or over the phone, using the details on the payment slip of your invoice.

Bank transfer

We’ve got a dedicated bank branch (BSB) number to make it easier to pay direct by your bank account. Just send your payment to the account name KLEENHEAT GAS PTY LTD, BSB 036-805.

The account number for the payment will be two zeroes, followed by your Kleenheat account number.

For example, if your account number is 1234567 you’d pay using the account number 001234567.

In-person

If you’d prefer to pay in person using cash, credit, or debit card, simply visit your local Australia Post outlet and follow the relevant details on the payment slip of your invoice.

Cheque

Send your cheque, along with the payment slip on your invoice, payable to Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas Pty Ltd to PO Box 4184, Myaree Business Centre, WA 6960.

How do I find my past bills?

You can find any of your past bills when you login or register to My Account to manage your account online.

Just select “My Bills & Payments” for your invoice history and access to previous bills.

We can also mail you copies of your past bills, though this will incur an additional cost. Call us on 13 21 80 to request a paper copy of any past bill.

How do I find my Kleenheat account number?

You can find your Kleenheat account number at the top-right corner of your Kleenheat bill. It’s also displayed on the homepage when you login in or register for My Account.
