How often will I be billed?
At Kleenheat, we offer you a number of ways to pay your natural gas bill.
Choose our Monthly Energiser or Monthly Smart Saver plans to avoid the bill-shock of quarterly bills with our easy monthly direct debit instalments. Instalment amounts are confirmed after each quarterly gas meter reading at your home, when we send you an invoice for your records. Learn more about monthly instalments.
Alternatively, choose our Standard Form Contract to receive a bill after each quarterly gas meter reading at your home. Every three months, your bill can be mailed or emailed to you, whichever you prefer. To make life even easier, you can set up direct debit from your My Account page.
We’ll issue you with a bill every time you order a cylinder, unless you choose to pay when you place an order. There’s also a standard equipment service charge, which is usually charged annually in advance, depending on your agreement. We’ll send you an invoice when it’s due.
If you’re a reticulated LPG customer, we’ll send you a bill after each bi-monthly gas meter reading. Let us know if you would prefer your bills to be mailed or emailed – you can change your mind at any time.
