What happens when I switch to Kleenheat?
It’s pretty simple – we become your new natural gas retailer and start delivering better value gas to your home.
There are no account establishment fees – you’ll just enjoy the same natural gas, through the same pipes, with the same gas meter. With no disruptions to your current supply, we’ll simply let your old provider know you’ve chosen WA’s local energy company.
Once you’ve made the switch, we’ll process your request and send you an email with simple steps to set up your online My Account page. You’ll also receive a Welcome Letter with confirmation of your natural gas plan and a copy of our terms and conditions.
When your transfer to Kleenheat is complete, we’ll start supplying natural gas to your home from your next scheduled meter read. Remember, meters are read approximately every three months. Keep an eye out for a final bill from your current supplier covering gas used before your switch.
If you’ve provided an email address, we’ll send you an email notification when the transfer is complete. You can also track your account progress by logging in to My Account.
Will I have to pay a fee to sign up to Kleenheat as a natural gas customer?
No. There are no setup or establishment fees for natural gas customers.
