Western Australia
The WA State Government doesn’t provide funding for rebates on natural gas. However, eligible WA households can take advantage of electricity rebates or concessions on water usage. These rebates and concessions are designed to help reduce energy bills.
You may be eligible for additional savings on your Kleenheat bills through our partnerships with RAC and the WA Seniors Card.

Northern Territory
Northern Territory households may also have access to the NT Concession Scheme for support in times of financial hardship.
What support options do we offer?

- Setting up manageable payment arrangements
- Supporting access to the WA Government’s Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS)

You may be able to take advantage of rebates on your electricity usage, if you hold a valid government concession card such as a:
- Centrelink Health Care Card
- Centrelink Pensioner Concessions Card
- Veteran Affairs Gold Card
- Centrelink Commonwealth Seniors Card
- Veteran Affairs Commonwealth Seniors Card
- Veteran Affairs Pensioner Concession Card
