Safety is important to us, so Kleenheat delivery drivers conduct both site and personal safety assessments at each property they visit.

We will always use our best endeavours to get your gas to you; however, we need to keep our team safe. If you have an unrestrained dog at your property, or if our driver encounters other access issues such as stairs, trees, or driveways deemed unsafe for our vehicles, they may choose not to proceed with the delivery. If we ever find ourselves in a position where we cannot deliver your gas, we will let you know immediately by SMS.

In addition to keeping themselves safe, our drivers are trained to assess the compliance of your installation. This includes checking things like:

• Cylinders are upright and secured.
• Cylinder proximity to ignition sources – including light switches, air conditioning units and combustibles.
• Regulator condition.
• Cylinders proximity to windows.

At any point, if we have concerns about the compliance of your installation, we will let you know what we believe to be the challenge and will also look to assist you in resolving this.
