LPG cylinder and bulk distribution business acquired by Supagas
On 2 December 2024, Supagas acquired Kleenheat’s LPG cylinder and bulk tank business that previously serviced WA and NT customers.

Frequently asked questions
Check your email or letter box for a welcome communication from Supagas. This communication will invite you to complete your account set up by creating a password for the Supagas customer portal.
From that point you’ll be able to order your cylinders online, view your invoice/statement and pay your account via the Supagas customer portal, or by calling Supagas on 13 78 72.
If you have not received a welcome communication from Supagas and need to place an order, you can go to the Supagas customer portal and choose the option ‘Set up for the first time or Forgotten your password’. You can also place an order by calling Supagas on 13 78 72.
On 2 December 2024, WesCEF sold its Kleenheat LPG distribution business (which supplied LPG cylinders and bulk LPG to residential, dealer networks, business and industrial customers across WA and the NT) to Supagas. Kleenheat no longer sells or distributes LPG in WA or the NT.
For now, there’ll be no changes to your delivery schedule or the drivers who deliver your cylinders. Supagas will deliver your cylinders and advise you of any future delivery updates.
RAC members who have purchased a 45kg LPG cylinder from Kleenheat within the last 12 months and not redeemed their $20 credit, will be eligible to receive a $20 credit against their next 45kg LPG cylinder order with Supagas.
You’ll be able to redeem your $20 RAC discount in the same way you would have with Kleenheat.
*Kleenheat RAC LPG discount terms and conditions prior to Supagas sale. A maximum of one $20 credit can be redeemed per residential property per annum following the purchase of an LPG 45kg cylinder, and the $20 credit is valid for 12 months. The credit value is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. If the account is cancelled at any time, any unused promotional credit value will be forfeited. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code offer.
Yes, the 10% discount will be applied to your order when you purchase 45kg cylinders online through the Supagas customer portal after your customer account is activated. Please wait to receive your Supagas invoice before making payment, as the discount will be reflected on your invoice. This 10% discount will be effective starting 2 December 2024.
Supagas will maintain the terms and conditions of your Kleenheat account. This includes security deposits, equipment service charges, and payment terms.
All future LPG cylinder prices will be set by Supagas.
If you have a bill from Kleenheat, you’ll need to pay it directly to Kleenheat. You can pay it here using your Kleenheat customer details or call us on 13 21 80.
If you have a direct debit set up, your payment will be taken on the date your Kleenheat bill is due.

Yes. Kleenheat’s natural gas business, which sells natural gas to homes and businesses in WA, is not part of the sale. There will be no change for Kleenheat natural gas customers.
