Learn about the chefs who’ll be joining us at the Kleenheat Kitchen at this year’s Perth Good Food and Wine Show between Friday 21 and Sunday 23 July.

Charlotte Ree

Charlotte Ree is an obsessive food lover, avid home cook and recipe developer.

Her food memoir Heartbake, is a deeply personal book about self-discovery and the joy she finds in cooking. Her first cookbook, Just Desserts, was published in 2019.

Charlotte believes in going back to basics and embracing classic flavours and techniques.

At the Good Food and Wine Show, Charlotte will be making her Burnt Basque Cheesecake and Double Chocolate Brownies.

 

Rohan Park

Rohan Park is the Executive Chef at Old Young’s Kitchen and Old Young’s Distillery in the Swan Valley.

He has a passion for incorporating indigenous ingredients into food and has oriented the Old Young’s menu around them.

He gravitates towards using Nordic and Japanese cooking and fermentation techniques in his dishes.

Rohan will be making Leeuwin Coast Akoya at the Good Food and Wine Show.

 

Drasko Jankovic

Drasko Jankovic is a Perth-raised journalist and the owner of Drasko’s Hot Chicken in Mount Hawthorn.

He was inspired to create his own Nashville hot chicken while working at the Michelin-starred Noma restaurant in Copenhagen.

Drasko’s Hot Chicken opened in January 2021 and brings the tradition of Nashville hot chicken to Perth with Drasko’s signature twists.

Drasko will be making his Signature Sando at the Perth Good Food and Wine Show.

 

 

Cheat Meats

Perth locals, Leon and Cory have turned their love of cooking and creating into a global social media sensation.

The BBQ brothers are proud supporters of West Australian produce and will be cooking with some delicious Harvey Beef in the Kleenheat Kitchen.

They’ll be making a Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Sauce, and a Ribeye Steak with Chimichurri over the course of the show.
