The promoter is Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas Pty Ltd ABN 40 008 679 543 of Building 161, Car Park 12, Murdoch University, Murdoch WA 6150 (“Kleenheat” or “we”).
These terms and conditions apply to the Telethon Community Cinemas, Kleenheat Customer 2-for-1 ticket offer. (“Promotion”).
The intent of the Promotion is to provide Kleenheat customers with the opportunity to purchase ‘two tickets for the price of one’ for Telethon Community Cinemas screenings from Saturday 1 February 2025 up to and including Saturday, 26 April 2025, at Bassendean, Burswood, Murdoch, and Joondalup locations (“Event”).
Instructions on how to participate, ticket details and other information contained within promotional materials prepared and issued by Kleenheat in relation to the Promotion form part of these terms and conditionsto the extent that they are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set out in this document.
By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to agree with these terms and conditions.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Entrant”), you must:
be a resident of Western Australia;
be 18 years of age or over; and
be a current Kleenheat customer (Natural Gas).
We may (in our absolute discretion):
verify an entrant’s identity, age and the validity of entry; and
accept or reject entries that contain errors or omissions.
PURCHASING INFORMATION
The promotional period will run from 9:00 am (AWST) Saturday, 1 February 2025, until 5.45pm (AWST) Saturday, 26 April 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Kleenheat customers must use the KLEEN25 promo code provided by Kleenheat to purchase tickets to the Event online. The Promotion is only available for tickets purchased for films screening from Saturday 1 February 2025 up to and including Saturday, 26 April 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
The Promotion is only valid for the purchase of full price adult tickets, which includes the following ticket types: ‘Adults’ and ‘Seniors, Students and Concession Card Holders’. All other ticket types are excluded from this promotion.
The Promotion cannot be used for noted special events and No Free Pass films.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

DELIVERY OF TICKETS
Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email (e-tickets).
You can print these or bring them on your phone or tablet to the event to scan at the door.
Your e-ticket will be sent as soon as you complete your purchase.
PROCESSING AND CREDIT CARD FEES
If there are any processing or credit card fees, these will be calculated and shown to you during your purchase.
REFUND AND RETURNS
We are not responsible for any refunds or returns of any tickets to the Event, whether acquired under the Promotion or otherwise.
Refunds and returns are covered under the policy of the Event Organiser, and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law.
All ticket sales are final and non-transferable. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong session. Refunds will not be given for cancellation or termination due to adverse weather conditions.
Regarding an event cancellation, ticket holders can transfer their tickets to any future screening, dependent on capacity and not guaranteed entry.
All transactions are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of personal information and credit card data.
CHANGING THE PROMOTION
If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Kleenheat and which prevents it from complying with these terms and conditions, Kleenheat will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and Kleenheat reserves the right (subject to compliance with regulatory requirements) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time and without notice.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we (and our officers, employees, agents and representatives) are not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by you in connection with the Promotion, including:
not receiving a unique URL to participate in the Promotion;
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
any theft, unauthorised access or interference by another person;
any ticket to the Eventthat is late, lost, altered, illegible, damaged or misdirected;
any tax liability incurred by you;
use of the unique URL to participate in the Promotion;
attending and/or participating in the Event; or
participation (or failure or inability to participate) in the Promotion.
By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to Kleenheat using their (and any companion’s) name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times and agree to grant Kleenheat a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the participants(and any companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use, and Kleenheat is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch or add to the image and to reproduce it in any form or media whatsoever throughout the world.
