Dean Misdale – Life’s a Drag

Dean Misdale was the winner of Best Cabaret & Variety Show at FRINGE WORLD 2022 and has starred in ‘Priscilla The Musical’, and ‘We Will Rock You’.
They now return to Fringe with a brand new instalment of the multi-award-winning ‘Life’s A Drag’.
With the pandemic behind them and a lingering monumental birthday approaching, Dean’s life has been set to high speed in this honest and deeply funny cabaret show. Expect the unexpected as Dean serves up all your favourite songs with powerhouse live vocals, show-stopping costumes, and the highest heels in Perth.

The team who brought you ‘Bringing Back Bacharach’ are back with easy-listening jazz music, drama and comedy, told through the riveting melodies of film score maestro Henry Mancini.
Mancini’s biggest hits – ‘Peter Gunn’, ‘Baby Elephant Walk’, ‘The Pink Panther’, ‘Moon River’ and others will weave a dramatic, mysterious and sometimes hilarious story into the beautiful harmonies of vocalists Ali Bodycoat, Libby Hammer and Rob Pring and their 5-piece band.

Celebrate the music of Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra with the award-winning Perth Cabaret Collective. Come and pay homage to these incredible musicians and experience a night to remember.
